Registration requirements that every prospective member must fulfill:

General terms applicable to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Rollover requirements must be completed within the specified time limit; bonuses will expire automatically if the deadline is not met.
• 99cil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Game Rules

Members must understand and comply with the specific rules for each game type available. General terms that apply during play:

• Any confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or modified.

• Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection before starting a gaming session.
• For Sports Betting, 99cil follows industry-standard bet settlement policies in the event a match is cancelled, postponed, or ends before the scheduled time.

Prohibitions & Fraud Prevention

To maintain a fair gaming environment for all members, 99cil enforces a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of cheating, manipulation, and system exploitation. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to play or place bets.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or bonuses.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
